Candidates
We often have been praised by candidates for our professionalism;
even by those candidates we are unable to find roles for
at that specific time. In the recruitment marketplace
it seems that the priority lies with the clients most
of the time and the candidate is forgotten. We understand
that finding a new role can sometimes be a gruelling and
frustrating process and we try to make the whole experience
less stressful because we realise that without the candidates
there is no placement.
We
try to keep candidates as informed as possible throughout
the process, help prepare you for the interview and
can even provide you with advice on writing your CV
to have the maximum impact on our clients. We will review
your CV and, on request, give you constructive feedback
as to any changes that could be made. If the worst comes
to the worst and we are unable to find you a suitable
opportunity straightaway, we will add you to our database
for future roles and aim to update you on the market
periodically.
