My Client is a major IT Service Management and top 10 Consulting Firm. At this time we are helping them to recruit a BPO Procurement Practice Lead for a new practice within their consulting business. This role has been developed as a result of major wins in the market. They need a skilled team to manage large scale BPO wins. The role has a UK and EMEA remit.
The ideal candidate will come from a major Consulting Firm and have experience of building and growing a practice.
They should have a background in Procurement, Outsourcing and HR / Shared Services and be capable of managing large scale, multi-million £ programmes.
Business development skills are a major plus although the management of the delivery is more essential.
The successful candidate will have excellent client facing skills; will be dynamic and hungry for success.
The role will entail travel as with any consulting opportunity.
This is a great opportunity to develop and lead a practice to become one of the most successful in an already highly regarded firm. You will report directly into the head of consulting and have a good amount of autonomy. In return you can expect a excellent base salary with some good bonuses attached.
