A huge amount of our placements come from recommendations from executives who do the job already, understand what we are looking for and recognise that the qualities we are looking for often lie in someone they know. This is why, as of August 2005, we have introduced our Referral and Recommendation Reward Scheme.

What is a referral or recommendation?
It is quite simply a name given to one of our Account Managers of someone you believe have the skills to fill one of the vacancies we are currently searching for or of someone who would be of interest to our clients.

Is the origin of the referral kept confidential?
100% Yes. Unless otherwise instructed we will never reveal where the recommendations have come from. This way we will gain the trust of individuals and will receive a constant stream of recommendations.

How much is the reward?
£250.00 paid to the individual when the recommended candidate has started in their new position.
We will also consider arrangements for a more active supply of recommendations, fees for this can be negotiated on an individual basis. This could be beneficial to the retired consultant or independent consultants with their little black book of contacts.
