roles, search and selection or head-hunting is often the
most effective way to reach those select candidates who
may not be proactive in looking for a new role but are
the most suitable for your position.
On
being given an assignment, our consultants will use
various pro-active methods to identify the individual
you require. We have an extensive network of contacts
and find this the most effective in gaining recommendations
and an in house research facility. We can also advertise
at our clients' request.
All
assignments are handled by a fully trained head-hunter
and not passed to a junior. You will speak to the same
head-hunter throughout the process.
